To secure a booking, a deposit of 25% of the agreed rate, plus any applicable travel expenses, is required in advance. Payment can be made via bank transfer or a gift card of my choice. If you cancel our date, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or credited towards a future booking.
Should I need to cancel our date, please provide me with a suitable payment method so I can refund your deposit in full within 48 hours.
In general, I prefer bank transfers over cash payments – saving us both a trip to the ATM.
Ideally, the remaining balance should be transferred one to two days before our meeting, and no later than 24 hours in advance. This ensures a firm commitment from both sides and gives us peace of mind knowing that everything is arranged for our date.
