Are we meeting at a hotel? Kindly share your room number at least two hours prior to the start of our date.
I would love to visit you at your home, provided I know your full name as it appears on the doorbell, and we meet directly at your place. Let me know in advance where’s best to park.
For a date reservation, a 25% deposit of the agreed fee plus travel expenses is required. Payment can be made via bank transfer or an approved gift card. In the event of cancellation on your part, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future booking.
If I need to cancel our appointment, please provide a way for me to refund the full deposit to you within 48 hours.

If you prefer to pay the remaining balance via bank transfer instead of in cash, it must be received at least one to two days before our meeting, and no later than 24 hours prior. This ensures commitment and gives us both confidence that nothing will interfere with our date.
Should something come up on your side, the amount already transferred (excluding the deposit) will of course not be lost. It will simply be credited toward our next meeting.
